This Cinnamon Beach home is pet friendly for up to two dogs with prior approval.

The home is designed for families and groups who want space, comfort, and resort style amenities while staying just steps from the beach. Guests enjoy access to multiple resort pools, a splash pad, fitness center, clubhouse, game rooms, and private beach boardwalks. Whether relaxing by your private pool, enjoying ocean breezes from the balcony, or spending the day at the beach, this home delivers an elevated coastal experience.
A signed rental agreement is required after booking. Government issued ID and $400 security deposit hold required.
Early arrival or late departure may be available for an additional fee based on availability.
No parties or events without prior approval.
No smoking indoors.
Quiet hours are enforced.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
Rates vary by season, demand, and length of stay. Peak weeks and holidays are priced accordingly. Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Optional early arrival or late departure may be available for an additional fee based on availability. All rates include professional cleaning and property preparation.
